We are excited to announce a game-changing new feature for WWZ: Solana integration. You can now connect your Solana wallet directly to your WWZ account, import your favorite NFTs as in-game avatars, and showcase your collection on the battlefield.

This integration introduces a new layer of personalization and community building. For NFT holders, it's a chance to stand out with visual prestige. For community leaders, it's a powerful new tool to unite your members and add utility to your favorite NFT projects. This update empowers players to bring a piece of their digital identity directly into every match.

What is the Solana Integration?

At its core, this new feature allows you to use your NFTs as playable avatars, which we call NFT Fighters. By connecting your Solana wallet, you can browse your collection and import verified NFTs directly into your WWZ fighter lineup.

But it's more than just a new look. This system is designed to create prestige and recognition for NFT holders while giving subscribed community leaders the power to curate the experience for everyone.

Key features of this integration include:

• Wallet Connection: Securely link your Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, or other Solana wallet.
• NFT Imports: Easily browse your wallet and import NFTs from whitelisted collections.
• Visual Prestige: Imported NFT Fighters are displayed with a distinctive gold gradient border and a ✓ NFT Verified badge.
• Community Curation: Subscribers can become Community Leaders and whitelist one NFT collection at a time, making it available for all WWZ players.

For Community Leaders: Shape the WWZ Metaverse

We believe in empowering community builders. With this update, we are introducing the Community Leader role, a special status for any subscribed user who wants to champion an NFT project within WWZ.

How to Become a Community Leader and Whitelist a Collection

As a subscribed user, you can whitelist one NFT collection, making it available for every player in WWZ to use. Here's how it works:

1. Navigate to Profile Settings: Once subscribed, go to your profile settings and find the NFT Collection Whitelist section.
2. Enter the Collection Address: Paste the official Solana address for the NFT collection you want to support.
3. Add to Whitelist: Click the button to add it. Our system automatically fetches the collection's name, icon, and description.

That's it. The collection is now globally whitelisted, and any player who owns an NFT from that collection can import it as a fighter.

As a reward for your contribution, you'll earn a special Community Leader badge-a gold badge with a purple-pink gradient and a star icon-displayed proudly on your profile. You can change your whitelisted collection at any time, giving you the flexibility to support different projects.

For Players: Showcase Your Collection In-Game

For all players, this integration offers a new way to express yourself. If you own an NFT from a collection whitelisted by a Community Leader or a game admin, you can bring it into the arena.

Step 1: Connect Your Solana Wallet

Getting started is simple and secure.

• Head to your /profile/edit page and click Connect Wallet.
• Choose your preferred wallet provider (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, etc.).
• Sign a quick verification message to prove you own the wallet. Your wallet address is now securely linked to your account.

Step 2: Browse and Import Your NFTs

Once your wallet is connected, a new world of customization opens up.

• The gallery automatically filters to show only NFTs from currently whitelisted collections.
• Each eligible NFT will display its image, name, and an Import as Fighter button.
• Click to import, and the NFT is added to your personal Fighter Collection, ready for battle.

Step 3: Select Your NFT Fighter

Before each game, you can choose which fighter to represent you.

• In the game lobby, click the Change Fighter (🥊) icon.
• Select your imported NFT from the modal. You'll notice it stands out with a special gold border.
• Your chosen NFT Fighter will now appear everywhere: the game lobby, the livecast leaderboard, turn announcements, and the final victory screen.

Visual Prestige: Stand Out From the Crowd

We want to make sure your NFT ownership is recognized. That's why we've created a unique visual style for all verified NFT Fighters.

• Gold Gradient Border: Every imported NFT avatar is framed with a stunning gold-to-orange gradient border. This makes your fighter instantly recognizable in game lobbies, leaderboards, and turn logs.
• ✓ NFT Verified Badge: Your profile page will feature a matching gold gradient badge next to your username, confirming your status as a verified NFT holder.

This special treatment ensures that your prized digital assets get the attention they deserve, creating a new level of status and prestige within the WWZ community.

Secure and Automated Verification

Authenticity is critical. Our system includes robust, automated checks to ensure the integrity of all NFT Fighters.

We regularly verify that you still own the NFT in your connected wallet. If you sell or transfer the NFT, the avatar will automatically lose its verified status, removing the gold border and special badge. You can keep the image as a standard avatar, but the prestige treatment is reserved exclusively for current owners. This prevents fraudulent use and ensures that the ✓ NFT Verified badge always means something.
