Welcome to WWZ

By using WWZ ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. We've kept them simple and straightforward.

1. What WWZ Is

WWZ is an entertainment platform for playing turn-based battle royale games with friends. This is not gambling, betting, or wagering. No real money prizes are awarded. You're paying for entertainment and the ability to create and participate in games.

2. Service Availability

We work hard to keep WWZ running smoothly, but sometimes things break. We are not liable for:

• Service outages or downtime
• Game failures, interruptions, or errors during matches
• Lost game data or progress
• Technical issues that affect gameplay

If a game fails or is interrupted, we'll do our best to resolve it, but we don't guarantee refunds or compensation.

3. Subscriptions & Pricing

Subscribed users can create and manage games. We reserve the right to:

• Change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
• Impose limits on the number, frequency, or size of games you can create
• Modify or discontinue features at any time

If we raise prices, we'll notify you before your next billing cycle. You can cancel anytime if you don't agree with the changes.

4. Fair Use & Limits

To keep the service running smoothly for everyone, we may impose reasonable limits on:

• Number of active games per user
• Number of players per game
• Frequency of game creation
• Storage of game history and data

We'll communicate any new limits clearly and give you reasonable notice when possible.

5. Your Account

You're responsible for:

• Keeping your account secure
• All activity that happens under your account
• Being respectful to other players

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

6. No Warranties

WWZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All bugs will be fixed
• Your data will never be lost (though we do our best to protect it)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WWZ and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Missouri courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use of WWZ after changes means you accept the new terms.
